It's hard to log on to social media these days without being offered an online course, a Masterclass with Comedian Steve Martin or a writing course with Neal Gaiman. Then the there is Domestika, I tried one of those but it didn't seem very mobile friendly.
Writers of the Future is a free online course and writing competition. One of the tutors is Orson Scott Card of Ender's Game fame, I had enjoyed the book and the movie adaptation and I was curious. The course was free, no charge, hard to believe.
During the course wrote I wrote a short story called "Green Eyes" a modern horror dark/fantasy which my beta readers are currently ready.
I wrote a nice 5,000 word story, 17 pages, type double spaced. Make up your own mind.
